Alright so an update on the last few posts....

Work:  Regional manager came over and we had a 3 way meeting between her, myself & my manager.  It sort of went well and sort of didn't go well, all at once.  There's still a lot of issues and frustration but I think that from here forward we might just be okay.  I'm going to try to focus on the
