Why I don't have a fucking phone. or the internet @ my house. The system says 16 is legal age to move out of home. 18 is legal age to have your own home. But for cable, heat, lights, hotwater,

Aw girl..i`ve been gone for awhile but i hope things work out for you. You have to be 18 to do all that shit here, so i dunno what to tell ya. That does suck though..how can they tell you you`re not "old enough" when you already are living by yourself ? Shit is messed up. Good luck though !! :)
