My dad found out yesterday that he's got the beginning stages of lung disease (Emphysema). I hope that this will give him the strength/will-power to quit smoking. I hope my mom stops too

I know exactly how you feel about being numb and the million things following one after the other.

I really hope your parents quit smoking. Mine won't even consider the option. They've "tried". I'll be praying that your dad is okay.
