Good News: I feel better! After I posted this morning at like 2:57, I went and laid down and got warm, I struggled to get to sleep for a little while,had a small anxiety attack but then I was fine..I fell asleep, and I guess I was really tired, because I was aleep until 1:30...I wish I knew why I was freakin out last night
