I'm kinda in a state of shock right now. My first skating coach, Frannie, moved back to Steamboat over the summer, after a long time of taking care of her sick husband. Well I guess the other day at skating we fell and hit her head on the ice. She was OK afterwords, but had a headache. Today she had to fly flight-for-life to Denver because of

Sheez. I hope she's okay. I'd like to hear about how things are progressing if you get any updates. If you get a chance, you may want to go visit her. Might be good to visit her now should anything go south (interesting saying, "things going south." Kinda sounds like a good thing, since south equals warm and tropical, assuming you live in the northern hemisphere.)

Also, while I'm on here, I might as well say now that we can't go to Moab. The last two weeks at Moots are pretty crazy, so there is no chance of leaving (it would be suicide). I hope that works out for you, and that you go anyway (or somewhere equally as fun) and have a good time. If you don't respond on here, I'll give you a call later.

Thanks JD. Frannie is doing fine...she's a fighter. She woke up from surgury and wanted to the leave the hospital right away (they didn't let her).

As for Moab, I'm sorry you guys can't go. Maybe we can all get together after we get out of school and go on a big camping trip or something.
