FIVE. There are a lot of really great icons in this post, and I'm just going to go ahead and be predictable in saying the air/innocence one is my favorite, with Alternate #9 coming in second! I also love fire/anger, and earth/logical and both versions of earth/stable. :)

FIVE. Thank you so much for the feedback! Alt 9 is one of my faves here as well. It's really grown on me over the last 2 weeks. Funny that you like earth/stable since I felt like it was my weakest piece when I created it. It was hard to use such a great texture in an organic way.

FIVE. No problem! Yeah, I love the close crop and I just love a good black and white icon. Ha, with that you are telling the story of my life. I am completely unable to use any of those sort of textures in a good way so I always appreciate it when I see a good job!

Amazing work! And as always, your texture work is so on point. The third Air icon is lovely - the colouring is gorgeous, and the softness that the light texture brings to the icon is all kinds of beautiful. It's quite minimal, but it absolutely works! I love the second Earth icon, the texture work here is gorgeous, but I really love how the sepia gradient ties everything together, and really links the background texture to everything else. The intense lighting that the third fire icon has is magical, I LOVE how deep the colours are, the vibrancy is just gorgeous, and the composition of the final Water icon is magic - the combination of the deep blue tones and the geometric texture just work so beautifully together. Gorgeous stuff ♥

okay so you'll probably think i am crazy, and i guess you'd be right, but i was browsing 20in20 communities to find inspiration and dang this post came out.
and well henry cavill and me basically go next to each others so here i am commenting a post you made ages ago.
i lost count on how many times already i told you that your texture use is stunning, you actually use the weirdest ones (at least they look weird to me, cause these are the types of textures i delete immediately from a pack lol)
that said, i'll probably going to use the air + innocence one because fav pic plus soft coloring = best icon ever made. but also ambitious, passionate, and fresh are such amazing icons it's hard to choose and n°11 and n°12 of the alternates are so amazing, really i wish i could use texture like you do!
now i leave cause i've stalked you enough for the day :P

It's always awesome to find out someone has checked out one of my old posts, so thank you! I am extremely attracted to odd textures and find they really inspire me cuz I know they'll lead to bizarre and exciting compositions. I'm thrilled that you love the "air + innocence" piece. It's very simple, but I thought I achieved good lighting and sharpening in it so that made me happy! That "passionate" icon is one of my fave things that I made last year so I'm super delighted that it stands out to you! Thank you sooooo much for your amazing comment. It really puts me in the mood to finally make new icons again. I've missed it, but I don't even know if I remember how to use Photoshop anymore!
