Puppy Day #2

A further update on our new Havaneese puppy Kaypo. She slept most of the night and cried around 6:00 am but we ignored her and she went back to sleep till Sue got up around 8:00 am. She had used her puppy pad and was ready to play and greet the day. She is only 10 weeks old and she sits on command for us as well as waves and lays down. Teaching her

Not so sure about the bath...I'd be afraid she'd be mistaken for a scrub brush!

She's definitely a cute baby, though.

She's so cute! I recommend lots and lots of things she can chew safely- she's a puppy and she'll be in the Chew Phase for quite a while yet. Unless you want you slippers and chair legs and everything else chewed, of course. Or maybe she's going to be a perfect pup and put all the dogs I've had to shame. ;)

So now you have a filker child - wonder what key she'll sing in at a filk circle. And if, like any small filker child, she'll be able to curl up and go to sleep at the edge of circle. Bet she will.

I am looking forward to my first cuddle with her.
