Long story short of why I'm thinking of selling, I thought I was a convertible kinda guy. I'm not.
It's too hot when the suns out, too chilly when your on the highway. I just dont really enjoy it.
Fact is, I could sell this and spend all the money on a really nice 50 trimm turbo kit for my SRT or a motorcycle, and enjoy them a lot more.

That said, heres the story of the car:
I bought the car from a kid on the North Shore, 17 years old. It was his first car, bought it with a broken top (which still works manually, motor is broken). About 4 months after having it, the front end was clipped by a old woman who wasnt paying attention in a parking lot. Low speed accident, car couldn't have been more perfect for a project.

So I bought it, took it to my uncles shop and got the whole thing stripped clean. Over a month and a half in the shop, and a donor front end from another black 1996 GS, Chris and Lenny made this car look brand new. Atleast in the front. The frame WAS bent. My uncle has a frame machine, which he spent over 4 hours getting it absolutely perfect.

The car has it's issues, but if you're looking for a convertible that drives and is dependable, that's exactly what you'll get.

List of new parts:
-Hood, fenders, headlights, hood.
-Brand new Radiatior, and alternator. Radiator is painted to match the car. These are not remaned parts, these are brand new. The Alternator alone was almost 300 dollars.

What it needs:
-Brakes, front and rear.
-An allignment. As I said, its drivable, not perfect.
-Exhaust sounds a little bass-y to me, I passed inspection no problem.
-The top leaks from the tops of the A-pillars. I do have an outdoor car cover, but you can't drive it in heavy rain without a towel wedged in there.
-Driver's side window motor. It's currently stuck in the up position.
-Both lock cylinders are broken. These are about 60 dollars from Mitsubishi, and very easy to change out. You'll have two different keys, one for the doors, and one for the ignition and truck.

Lemme know if you have any questions.
