Gunther Von Hagens and the temple of plastination

I have just got back from an excellent seminar given by Gunther von Hagens with regard to his body world exhibition, the history and the process of plastination. Have any of you been to see it? It is showing in LA currently. I saw the exhibition 2 years ago in Germany and was very impressed at how he brought the science of anatomy to the lay person

I've never seen his work in person..
but have seen it through movies (Anatomy and Casino Royale featured his work..or.. stuff rather like it), books, articles.. random internetz type stuff

it always gave me the heebie-jeebies to see it.. but I would love to see it in person one day

It is presented in a very educational fashion with the gore of death removed. I found it facinating.
