Is it just a normal woman thing to occasionally start crying over something REALLY silly?

Or am I just crazy?

Completely normal. I would worry if you didn't on occasion. Its only a problem if you do it all the time.

I think I am averaging one random outburst every 1 or 2 months. Usually just before the girl time!

Oh yeah it's normal. I did it all the time before I got pregnant and now it's just amplified lol.

I usually do it when I'm stressed about other things. Maybe I'll be worried about money and my mom and my job or whatever and then I watch a sad movie or do something dumb like break a glass and BAM that was just the last straw and I start sobbing. Or I flip out on someone for something really small (luckily by now most friends know that means I'm upset about something else). I think it's because the big things are just too big, if we cried over money we'd be crying every day you know? Exploding over a little thing is a way to release the emotion and tension and get on with life.

Oh, and I'd like to reserve you for the 2nd or 3rd please! Also, if you'd like, I get some guest passes to the gym I just joined (RAC) so if you want to come work out or play in the pool with me one day you can. :)
