I just came back from a cold jog and jumprope. I am trying to get out of this slump I have been in half of the semester so I have been easing myself back into exercise.

Right now I'm lying in bed reading my flist because I don't have to do anything yet. I have the rest of the day, the rest of the weekend for homework. I was supposed to work a 9 hour shift today but my boyfriend called in for me this morning when I woke up crying because I was so tired.
I think everyone needs to take a quick step back and try to regain some perspective. The stress is too much to handle.
All the things you want at the end, they can be healthy goals with a healthy attitude. You just have to make sure it doesn't become overwhelming and negative.
