From fitday.com:
The deadline for your goal is 225 days (32 weeks, 1 day) away = 03/10/07 = wedding day.
To meet your goal you need to lose about 1.87 lb per week.
Good to know...

But honestly, as good as I feel, and as buff as I get, I'll be ok with a higher weight (if I lose 1lb. each week, I'll be at 163). Pete said that I probably won't "lose" on the scale for the first few weeks just because I'll be gaining a lot more muscle. I just want my weight to be more muscle than fat!...I will be extremely upset if I have any upper body flab while in my wedding dress!!!!!!!

As for eating, I did pretty well this week. I had a lot of sodium last night because 1)I was hungry and tired and 2)I was interested to see if I would still lose the following day. I've been having a lot more protein (meats/cheeses/eggs), and I'm still eating some carbs/breads. I still haven't really started taking the metformin on schedule because I've been so busy. After I'm done writing this, I'm going to go have some breakfast (eggs) and some vitamins and the metformin. I got my period today too so I'm feeling really crampy and tired and shaky. :(

Pete seriously kicked my ass today as well. I felt like I was going to pass out...which is good. When I first met him, I had doubts about him being tough on me...I want a personal trainer that will kick my ass, like my coach when I rowed...and today, just as I was getting used to my second week in the gym, he adds in 3 new things that totally wore me out at just the beginning of my workout! haha...but you leave feeling really accomplished and that is the BEST feeling. I also got a job at the gym: I have to clean the gym every 2 weeks and I get paid $30 for like an hour or two of work- which can also be a workout...and it doesn't really interfere with school/internship/volunteering too much, so yay for that!

Alrighty guys, here is to staying on track and losing again next week!
