She hesitated to show herself too soon. She wanted to judge by his expression whether he'd be happy to see her or not. If he seemed pleased by her gift, then down she'd soar and introductions could be made. If he seemed sour, she was safe here atop the building, remaining completely anonymous.
A nagging feeling in the back of her mind kept popping up, however. Something about some red echidna. She kept shrugging it off. Her NEW love interest was this handsome guy with the funny ponytail.
After frowning and fighting away another guilt attack, Rouge perked up as she noticed him approach the fountain. What was that expression on his face...?

It was quite an amazing expression on his face--or rather, a lack thereof. Poo held no smile nor frown, just a serious determination to follow through with the request. So he was here as promised, clean cut and dressed in something slightly more formal than his usual white training gi. Wasn't it a bit cold for such thin clothes? Poo didn't seem bothered at all. In his hand he held the card with the invitation on it, and a gift of his own--origami flowers.
But hm... he could not seem to find his secret admirer. Oh no, what if he had been making them wait too long...?
He would wait for them, patiently.
