What a week.  I've had a sudden inflation of cash lately, with more to come.  I've begun a relationship with a great guy named Brian.  I've been pretty sick, with new symptoms almost daily.  I had wisdom tooth surgery yesterday and ended up very sick from the anesthesia.  I still feel like shit today.  But yeah, even though I'm sick and in pain,
