His hands move over me and I feel myself giving into his touch, smiling softly as my hand reaches up and slips through his hair. I open my eyes and look up at him as he turns me to face him, his arms wrapping tightly around me and he bury's his nose in my neck, his breath hot against my skin.
“You’d probably think I was strange if I asked to live in your laundry room though, wouldn’t you, I like it here. Being here with you… I could get used to this, Tara.”
I laughed softly and wrapped my arms around his waist, holding him back just as tightly. "I think that it might get cramped in here." My eyes met his and he lifted me up onto the dryer, making me look right at him at eye level. "Not that I'd mind." I kissed him softly and kissed his forehead before wrapping my arms around his neck and feeling him wrap his arms around me tightly.
There's something there, something that he's feeling that he just can't seem to tell me. I won't push him into telling me but I hope he can somehow feel that I'm always here for him and he can tell me anything.
The doorbell rings and I tighten my grip on him, not sure why but I just have this need to be close to him like this, right now and in this moment. "The...the food's here, Lindsey."
