Because of a quirk with the license, I think you do need to be on the mailing list - do you have the address?

When we went last time they had a letting you join the mailing list at the door option.

well, i had a look on the site & it didn't say anything, but i remember you had to have your name put on their list for the other ones... perhaps i should email the guy that runs it or something.
