This morning I had my photography 1 final and it went terribly.  My final was towards the end and it was the only final that none of the students would talk about.  I was extremely upset, because I had forced myself to talk about most of the finals that came before mine in an authentically constructive/helpful way and saying anything in classes for

what's 490? is that just the general studio arts independent study? i've taken uh three (?) 469s i think. the way it works is basically you just establish a project for the semester and then shoot it and you meet with everybody else in the class to critique it like twice during the entire semester. if you take 469 i think you'll be in the same cluster with me (i'm retaking 419)

yeah i think i'm going to take 469. i think it will be cool to be in a class with you, alex and john potentially. i'm just nervous about the presentation at the end. both your website and alex's book really impressed/intimidated me, but hopefully i'll be able to think of something.

well, it's not really a presentation; it's just another critique. so theoretically it's just like the in progress critiques.

oh sorry, i didn't really mean a presentation as in giving a speech and everything, i meant it more in the sense of the physical (or in your case not-so physical) presentation of the work, like your website or alex's book.
