Well. It was an adventure in manland to go buy our new (to us) car. But we didn't let them bully us into paying more than we meant to pay and now we have a 2006 Ford Focus...which we love. Gary Johnson at Sandburg Volvo - he's awesome. It was a really good car buying experience.

We should put something together. Are you going to Madrona? I'm not, but E will be there - with the new car. I'll be indulging in two full days of video games eating nothing but fritos and beer. The dogs will be lucky if I don't put them in diapers!

(I just had a crappy experience with Albert Lee Appliance that I should blog about. They didn't do as well as SANDBURG VOLVO! I love good service)

Yeah. I love good customer service. And I think we truly see it so rarely anymore. We're always pretty much on our own in the store and the checkout is just "Next!" I'm happy to get a smile from them.
