Looks nice, very gourmet. Althou I'm not a fan of cooked banana. Actually I'm just not a fan of banana.

I like banana but I can't be bothered eating them sometimes but when they're baked like this they almost caramelise in their own sugars making them super sweet and hard to resist!

Now that sounds like something worth trying, I might just give it a go.
Any kind of banana good? Can't imagine ones that are quite ripe working well?

Oh man no skills needed!!! I used a canned soup as the base haha. I just improvised a little and made it more chunky :)
