I AM! we spent so much time earlier this year landscaping and installing lights in our backyard. There has only been 1 night so far that we've been able to sit out after dark and enjoy it. as soon as the sun sets it gets so cold and windy. and people keep saying "well that's just July in the bay!" and it's not! i've lived here for 12 years and i swear this is the coldest summer yet.
