in the two weeks i have been seriously lifting, running, and dieting, i've lost 7 lbs. and thats good, because it is motivation for me and sometimes when i need it the most, i lack motivation. now that i have done something with myself, i have the motivation i need to do the things i want to do. besides music, seeing results pumps me up alot. my
