Also, did you speak to the hotel directly, today? Somebody here says they canceled their room just yesterday. Ask for Rob, it's possible there may be a couple rooms left.

It is sometimes hard to tell if one gets the hotel directly or just some reservations office. I will try calling again before I make a reservation anywhere but failing that, I really appreciate your recommendation. Thanks for replying!

I called again today and spoke with someone directly at the front desk and they found a room for me. YAY!
