From here.

I still think we should have done more to help... somehow. It feels like we let down family.

And...you should have done what more- gone to Vancouver?

I'm sad too, and send possy thots to the Koenigs, but Andrew truly wasn't your personal responsibility.
Possy thots to you also, chica.
And I think the reporter meant Bridle Path.

Us, fandom, Starfleet (there's at least two large iterations of it). It's not like Vancouver's not swarming with fen in general, I think they've hosted at least one WorldCon.

US.

And I'd have to check a map to be sure.

Vancouver is one of the world's sci-fi filming capitals. :( It's just so sad. I don't know if you know of my own personal experience, but by favourite lecturer killed himself while I was at university, so suicide always hits close to home with me. Such a tragedy.

I was so sad when I read about this.

*hugs to you* I'm not sure what you could have done; I don't know the whole story, but it seems that Andrew Koenig was very troubled :(

Still, I'm sure his family is finding strength in the support they're receiving.

Hon, if someone wants to do this badly enough, they're going to do it. There's only so much people can do in this situation.

This story makes me so sad. I was really hoping for a happy ending.
