See, the problem with when I actually post to livejournal frequently is that I tend to also read all my friends' recent updates whenever I write a post. This inevitably takes a great deal of time, so I tend to wean myself off of it in a fairly short period. Of course, that means that I then do not really know what's going on with my long-distance
