I am so sorry. My grandmother died suddenly (we knew her time was limited but not quite THAT limited) when I was 19. I didn't know her as well as you know your grandfather, but I still have memories of her a sweet, genuinely caring person who had way too much hardship in life thrown her way.

Thank you. It makes me feel better knowing that we can relate. I'm not sure how much sense that makes, but it does make me feel better in a strange way.

Thank you so much. He was the best grandfather I could've asked for, and I consider myself lucky to have known him.
