Have you: A. researched the what Dreilide's name means? B. the actual song they are using for the song Kara was playing? and 3. thought possibly about the other names of Daniel in the bible?

Ellen says that all the material they were using to *copy* Daniel was destroyed, but there was already a version of him, because she said that John had disdain for him, which would have been impossible if not for the creation of him in the first place. There is at least one.

Interesting discussion going on thru the BSG wiki... what if Kara *is* Daniel....since the genetic code was corrupted?

I heard about that, too, and believed it even to the point that Daniel may have been Dirk Benedict :-) in the past run through of the "This has all happened before" idea. But after last week's episode, Daniel as her father makes more sense now.

It does....but then her being a genetically mutated version of Daniel makes sense in how she could find her own body.

Oh, the twists and the turns. :-)

I love it. Cause they through the whole Clone possibility in there, too.

But then, could they have been interested in Starbuck's DNA to check it against her father's if we follow Daniel her father idea. Or, even more twisted, a model of Daniel IS her father, and she is a modified Daniel.

I've heard a lot of this is being left for the Caprica series where Daniel is supposed to play a big part.
