our fu*king neighbor called a towing company last night and had my FIL car towed. the reason was because she was afraid to back up her car and hit theirs.....guess the funny part though.....she never left the house that evening and instead had million people drop their kids off and they were obnoxiously loud until 11:00pm

What the fuck! I wouldn't just write letters to the association, I would go in and complain. And then sue her for harrasement

the problem is our association are a-holes :( who do nothing but jack up prices every year
and rules about parking are sketchy so there is a possibility that they shouldn't have parked there, but she could have asked nicely....
it is all together a sh*tty situation :(
in our cul-de-suc we all get along and never had an issue, she is a new renter and not friendly at all (which is fine) the whole calling fire department and now towing though is excessive
I asked association to get hold of the owner as it is his responsibility to check tenants and resolve issues.

I wish i knew a lawyer who could write them a letter cause i think that would take care of all future problems. I will look into doing that.

she wrote a threatening note and on Saturday came and said that she is calling towing company because she is afraid to back up and hit their car. I guess my MIL told her that car is not on her way which it wasn't nor did she actually left the house....
thing is there are very weird rules about parking here, and our guest never been threatened to be towed and we have been living here for 7 years. I think if she would have came up first time and asked nicely instead of writing a note. And the major problem is the car was not blocking her...it is just the case of being an a-hole and not liking someone/something and creating an issue
