Oh, fantastic! I love this! Bookends...ha! And the Festival of Sanclaws...that's great. Vala and Sam are just perfect, and the description of the city is wonderful.

No one should ever get between Sam (or Vala) and what she wants.

Clever and funny! I really thought this was actually a Vala shopping offworld story in the beginning, and she was going to come back with some weird artifact for someone.

Very cleverly done! It took me way too long to figure out what the 'merchandise' was. Well, not an incredibly long time, but I should have caught on sooner, lol.

The ghostly echo of Qetesh was an excellent touch. So was the certainty of what Daniel's reaction will be once the gag comes off. *g*

EEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

This is so much fun! As soon as you made the big reveal, I had to go back and read again about the "matched set." Suddenly, everything made sense.

And, as everyone else said, the "Feast of Sanclaws" was AWESOME. I love hearing Vala spin her own takes on Earth stuff.
