I've bought a jar of skinfood gel cream $17 from her, via http://community.livejournal.com/sg_beauty/1136928.html?view=8987680#t8987680
I have not receive the item since then, mailed her a couple of times where she only replied after 2 emails saying that she didn't check email/busy/items got returned to her twice, etc. She then pushed the responsibility to Singpost for lost mail.
Until I told her I'm going to lodge a report, she claimed that I have received the item but is making things up.
I have left her a negative feedback but she screened it. I wondered what I can do other than lodging a report?
I paid promptly and it is unfair that I am treated this way.
Overall this is a negative experience, I have paid on 13 Dec until now seller have not initiated any follow-ups. The most shady part is rather than resolving the issue she screened negative feedback.

I have been busy with school in the first two weeks. Your item is bulky and I have to go to the post office to mail it out.
I did update you that I have mailed it out on the 20 Jan 2010. That makes it two weeks, and not two months. Have you made any attempts since then to check with Singpost? If not, can you please do so tomorrow to enquire (I dont want to do this lest you think that I'm giving you excuses etc). As stated, I have mailed it out. There is nothing more I can do.
As you mentioned, my past buyers did receive their items. Most of the times I will mail it out on the day after payment if I am going to school and it fits in the school mailbox. I fail to see any malicious motive on the part of myself to mail items out slowly. I mean, how does it benefit me? In fact, I am trying to destash and clear my storage drawer.
In any case, please check with Singpost tomorrow before getting back to me. Since I mailed it out in a conspicuous red envelope, the postman may remember seeing/delivering it.

I have mailed it out multiple times, incurring my own postage costs. It was returned to me because I had thought that 80cent postage is enough, when it needs a $1 stamp.
I cannot stop you from going to the police. Please be more reasonable. You expect me to refund you for something that I have mailed out?
For all I know you have already received the item, and are just making things up.
I am a honest seller, and I have sold a lot of items on SG_beauty. I understand that you are angry, but have you made any attempt to check with singpost before accusing me?

This transaction has been going on since last year, and I really don't believe it will go lost/being returned after several of your own claimed effort. Please don't push everything to Singpost when you yourself can't provide a reasonable explanation.
I demand full refund else I will just go directly to the nearest police station to lodge a report, and also send a copy of the report to SG mods on LJ.
I have already been patience as this has been almost 3 months, please at least honor this.
