Yes, I know I disappeared.... A friend in another fandom suggested that I write something for it, and I thought, well, why not? It will be good practice to do something new, I'll have to do it without the kind of awesome help I've become accustomed to, and there's some romance, which is a new and scary thing.
I figured I'd write a few thousand words and be back to finish the story I left off at Christmas. Thing is, it's turned into rather an epic. I'm at 80,000 words, and maybe half done, so...that's where I've been. I'm trying to pull my head out of it a bit though, and not ignore everything else.
Also, the fact that I really dislike Stargate:Universe, and it would appear that we will get no more movies, kind of got me down for a while.
And, I've become completely addicted to a video game. ;)
