ok , now that smu has closed its doors to dancers from the public, it's been such a pain looking for a place to practice... especially if you're not schooling right now.
any suggestions? open public areas (besides esplanade) / more affordable studios / function rooms in condos?

That's such a pity! but how do they identify their students from the public anyway?

Hmm before there was esply I used to go to Youth Park.. the floor's quite dirty but if you do hiphop I guess it's fine. Just quite hot. As for studios, I think hiphopcrew studio's quite cheap? I heard, not so sure tho.. maybe you can go ask.

We are located centrally at Blk 334 Kreta Ayer Road, #02-04 S(080334), 5 minutes walk from Outram and Chinatown MRT station.

It is fully equipped with radio, bar and ceiling to floor mirror. We also provide very affordable rental rates.
