Sorry! I had hoped to have a go at this last prompt but I'm way behind on my sgabigbang with less than a month to go...and far too many distractions :(

I've made a visible note of the new challenge so it won't get forgotten :)

It might be worth making a reminder post a week before the end of each challenge...for people like me who let things slip from their minds!

Oh, I completely understand the being busy with other challenges thing - I spent last month playing over in cliche_bingo-land and can't fault anyone because than I would have to fault myself. *g* Just hoping there's a way to keep the comm alive and not quite sure what way would be best at this point. Your idea of a reminder post is a good one - I'll try to set something up so I don't forget either (which is entirely possible).

I've never been able to write to challenges; my one entry here was a story I was already writing when the challenge went up. I like this comm and want it to thrive, but I didn't think I'd ever be able to contribute except accidentally.

And yet this past couple of weeks, I've started writing things that could be considered challenge responses. I don't know where that comes from, but I'm going to see if I can work with it. So I will be trying to respond to the current and upcoming challenges.

I think a reminder post about a week out would be super-helpful.

Sorry for the somewhat bitchy tone of the post - wasn't feeling well and it came through in spades. I completely understand that people have a ton of things going on. I hope the writing/challenge bug hits and and I hope you're willing to share the results. Good luck!
