In the last few days, this comm has been spammed twice with adult vids. As a result, I am temporarily moderating all posts to this community. Hopefully, this spate of spamming (other comms are also suffering from this) will pass - if not, then this comm will remain moderated permanently.

I apologise in advance if the moderation holds up any posts.

O_o grrr. It happened again to a comm I moderate. I've made the membership moderated and posts members only which should make it easy to see when a spammer tries to get in ;)

I wasn't sure what was the best way to go about stopping the spam, but I may change it later to members only posting. It's annoying that we have to make it harder for people to join or post to our comms!

*sigh* I think I'm safe to say WE totally understand.

I just don't understand what they think they'll accomplish. I would not buy or participate in ANY website that spammed me.

I'm hearing a lot of blogs and stuff are being hit. At least a few of the ones I keep up with? Seems to be an epidemic of trolls around!
