I just finished posting the fics, but ended up taking longer than I can afford, so I'll try to make a few things clear. It's just the first round using this format of sending in the fics, so a few adjustments need to be made.
- First of all, PLEASE use THIS header in all fics. DO NOT create a new one and DO NOT change ANYTHING in it. You have to use this one so we can have one single pattern that everyone uses. Do not include anything else and do not leave anything blank. I can't beg you enough. I've had people that simply copied a header and didn't include the bold tags, I had people leaving tags blanks, I had people that messed up the coding for the cuts, I had people that included their names into the author part, I had everything. Don't change anything, just complete it.

Prompt for the Round: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
TITLE by TO BE REVEALED
PASTE THE STORY AND INCLUDE THE HTML!!!
- PLEASE fill in the part that says "TITLE BY TO BE REVEALED [LFWS #4 ROUND X]" with the title of the fic and the appropriate round ONLY. DO NOT INCLUDE THE AUTHOR NAME because it'll be erased. Many people forgot to include the title in this part. In fact almost everyone did.
- Do not erase the closing /lj-cut tag.
- Do not put your name anywhere.
- Please include the name of all significant characters in the header. Team is NOT a character, please include each name separately. Please don't forget to include any important OCs and secondary characters that have an important role in the story. I use this to tag the entries without having to read each fic. If you don't I'll either mistag your story or you'll force me to read the fic before tagging, instead of when I have my own free time.
- Do your best to put your fic into a genre and only use the GEN in genre if it really doesn't fit anywhere. Mostly, except for the fics in the warm up round, all the fics are GEN, so this is too broad. There is no problem to say it's gen if you can't place your fic into a genre, but do your best.
- Do not change the disclaimer.
- Do not include a summary. I know this changes what I said to some people, but I thought better to do it this way, so all stories have the same header.
- Rate your fics.
- If your fics don't have any spoilers, put NONE in the header.
- Don't forget the HTML. You simply have to put the italics and bolds. There is no need to put the p tag or line breakers, but PLEASE skip lines in between paragraphs.
- Include the document in the e-mail instead of pasting the whole fic into the body.
- Please send the fic in .doc format. Do not send .docx because I can't open at home and in some of the computers from work. Try not to send in .rtf format because it makes pasting more difficult for one tiny line breaking detail.
