You can post at any time! It'll appear as though it was written by "anonymous" until the 25th of Dember, when authors are revealed.

In the words of mific: "...the easiest way to post is to go to your AO3 Assignments page and start by hitting the "fulfill" button there - as that automatically puts the work into the collection."

Your assignments page is found on your ao3 page, off to the left. It should be below "Subscriptions".

Have you heard of romancingmcshep? There's also sga-saturday for non-McShep stuff, though that's mostly on DW now.
