Eyes closed tight, Sitael moved smoothly, almost as if in an intricate dance with an unseen partner. In her mind, she was sparring her brother, in reality, she was sparring herself. Her normal clothing had been thrown aside in favor of a white tank top and form-fitting white shorts, her feet bare for the moment. As the seconds passed, her moves got more daring, faster. She utilized her gift of speed well, and her size was only another advantage - that which one cannot first catch or touch, one cannot destroy ( ... )

Ronon had been watching the newcomer from the door, he had intended to use the room for his own recreational use but hadn't the heart to interupt when she was going through her routine. It was an impressive sight and she must have had a certain amount of discipline to be going through such a range of movements against an unseen force.

Once she had seated herself on the floor, Ronon moved in further and folded his arms.

"Nice moves," he commented.

At the sound of the voice, Sitael was on her feet and at attention in a second. She tried hard to break the habit, but it didn't seem it would fail. It was too well drilled into her skull. She gave a curt nod, relaxing a bit.

"Thank you, sir." Until she knew her commanding officer, she would assume every one was.

She couldn't help but stare up at him - he was even taller than John, and to her, John was a giant.

"I am Gen-..." Her voice cut off as she stopped herself from saying her former title, "I am Sitael, you are?"

Sir? Ronon thought, he hadn't been called that in his entire life. He thought about correcting her but that would be time for that later. She seemed to be staring at him for some reason, he glanced around then back to her as she introduced herself.

"Ronon Dex," he answered calmly while folding his arms. "And there's no need to call me sir...I don't hold a military title." A beat. "Ronon's fine."
