I do not like the way the writer's disrespected Rodney every time they had Jeannie call him Mer. It was upto him what he wanted to be called and i was wondering if there were any fic where she is pulled up about this and made to feel bad

I think Tony DiNozzo maybe involved in the story too, or there maybe more than one story.

Thanks to Nikkim64's suggestion, I've remembered a story where Tony DiNozzo told off Jeannie and the others on Rodney's behalf - "Like 'Em Mean" by Hellbells - http://download.archiveofourown.org/works/8939743

It's a small scene late in the fic, but might fit what you'd like to see. It's a good story, where Tony hooks up with Rodney and gives him unconditional support. (However, Tony does use "Mer" as a secret love-name between them. Maybe you wouldn't like that.)

I don't think I've read the story where John calls Jeannie "McKay." Could you share the link?

If I could remember what it was i would but I cant. I just remember him calling her McKay and she saying her name was Miller and i think he made a comment about being not being called your name.

Yeah i went looking. Didn't find the one with John calling her McKay, but i know i've read it.
