Hewligan fic

I asked about this a couple of months ago and got no response, so I'm trying again. The fic had David Hewlett's character Steven Lunney from the movie "The Boys of St. Vincent" and one of Joe Flanigan's characters. I think the Flanigan's character was the reporter from the TV series "Cupid," but I could be wrong. Maybe the character was a detective. The fic followed "The Boys of St. Vincent" movie plot but from the Flanigan character's POV.
