So, I finally got my A/C unit replaced at my place with a 3 ton unit and I'm currently running temp tests on the unit. I set the temp to 70 degrees and am currently waiting to see if it will sufficiently cool the house over this weekend ( Read more... )

So my mortgage refi finally went through and I placed my down payment for the A/C unit. The contractor should be out to evaluate the situation and install the new AC unit by the end of the week.

Well, I got one of the biggest hurdles out of the way finally. My mortgage refi finally went through and I signed papers today. The funds should be credited to the acct by Monday and I'll have that new A/C unit installed by the end of next week if not sooner (Nghtmagicks, shallah!)

1 goal fulfilled, millions more to go!
