Should be KANI for crab. At least that is what my japanese friend and an online japanese dictionary pronounced it. :)

KANI Fest --- sound sooo much like "Kan Lei" Fest in Cantonese :P

PS: for those who dun understand,,,"Kan Lei" means..rape in Cantonese.

Don't u think that almost everytime they serve hor.. the crab meat is like not alot leh.. so little... more like a thrill eating it hor??

i still like it if they serve jus the meat or the claws.. lazy la.. :p
