This girl emailed me to sell me an item I posted in my Looking post on SGFLEA on 4 Jan 2009.
So after replying her and asking questions, we agreed on reg. postage on 5 Jan 2009. After transferring the amount to her, she did not reply me and I sent her another email. Then she said she replied me but I received no replies. I remained polite and on 8 Jan 2009, she replied saying item has been mailed out today.
On 14 Jan 2009, I received no item and emailed her to get my registered article number. I found out too she was blacklisted by others cos she cheated others before too. So on 15 Jan 2009 I emailed again to warn her that I know about her and if she fail to reply or provide my reg. article number I would report her to the police.
On 16 Jan she replied saying "hey, i have replied u several times but u didnt reply me.. didnt u receive?" I have been checking my mails so many times I didn't I missed any and if she truly has it, she would have replied with the number or replied saying she's gonna find it or something right?
I replied her back on 16 Jan warning her I need a refund by saturday if she doesn't provide me with the reg. article number. By 17 Jan I didn't receive any replies and emailed her saying I demand a refund giving her my account number and a deadline by Saturday night. Checked my account last night, no transfers made. Till now, no replies via email.
So Miss Chua, I would like to issue a LAST WARNING to you. I am going down to the police station with all relevant emails and your account number if you don't refund me by Tue, 20 Jan 2009, 2pm (this is the last deadline for you) and do not think you can test my patience. Do not assume I am joking. I know it is merely $20, but it matters to me and I cannot tolerate behaviour with no integrity.
