Don't know if it's similar to sga_noticeboard, but there's stargate. It's for SG-1, SGA, and the movie. You could pimp your challenge there, too.

If you finish your first fic before sign-ups are closed, let me know. It will depend on how many prompts I have left. I don't think it's fair for people who wait until after 14_valentines to not get a prompt while other people to get two.

Being new here (followed the link from another site), I am intrigued but want to be certain I understand this. If we sign up you will give us a "fortune" to work into a short story, which should be posted at sgfortunecookie by March 23rd. Is that correct?

Yes, although you are not required to use the exact words of the fortune in your story; you can just use it as a prompt if you like.
