Yay, I'm done with two of my exams now, and it's reading week so I'm going to Montreal tommorow to visit my father and brother.  I'm even going to get one day of snowboarding in this season!  I haven't gone a whole season without snowboarding since I was six, so it is of utmost importance;  it's the one good thing about winter and the cold.  Also,

Oil fields? Oh Simon, why are all your ideas drastic sudden life-changing burnouts? :P RELAX dammit! You should give life a chance before you decide you have to give everything you have to make money.

(On the other hand maybe that's something you need to figure out for yourself...)

Incidently, it's too bad the leg-shaving thing didn't work out for you. It DOES make your legs feel cold against your pants, doesn't it? I'm used to it, so sometimes I forget about the nice cushion of warm air that leg hairs give you. :(

Haha, you always rebuke my job ideas, how aboput this one: I stay in London and work at a call-center for the next three years for $10 an hour... London sucks for careers Eivor, unless you are trying to get a degree, which I'm not anymore. Why don't you just move out with me to Vancouver Island? I promise it will be paradise compared to this flatland--you know the saying, "Flatlands make for flat people." I need to pack up to a place that's warmer and has actual land features. I don't really know when I'll pick up to go, but I wouldn't be concerned for the time being because, as you know, it would probably take me two years just to get off my ass and move.

PS I found the tiny mouth-wash bottle, it was in my bag :O

I rebuke all your job ideas because so far they have been military and oil fields. O_O Horrible horrible. Though I must say, a call centre could quite possibly be worse... Not like that's the ONLY thing to do in London! (Just like the military and working on the oil fields aren't the only things to do elsewhere... though they WOULD be slightly easier ways of getting out of London, it probably wouldn't be worth it in the end.) But BC IS sweet. Haha, I was thinking how cool it would be if we both moved there. I mean, eventually, because I definitely can't go anywhere right now unless I plan on running away and getting cut off. Though on the other hand, if you think about it... if you moved to BC you wouldn't be able to see your parents or your brothers ever, or anyone you know now at all actually... So you'd be choosing land features over your family... aka MATERIALISTIC BASTARD! :P Just something to think about. BC is sweet though, it's the only place I would consider even remotely worthwhile moving to.

Agreed. Next place I go will defintely be either Europe or BC, and I'm leaning towards Vancouver Island. I like the idea of you coming out with me, because you're my best friend, I'm going to be chilling out here at least for the next while. If you get your arts degree and then want to move out to BC, I promise I'll go with you if you want a buddy so it isn't so lonely; but that is a long time from now, so I'll worry about it later. I have family out in BC too btw. Josh is going to Switzerland or Brazil in a year, Luke is going to most likely go to South Korea, my mother and I aren't currently getting along, and my father is being increadibly unsupportive of my decision to not return to school next year. So a nice playground built like god sounds a bit better than the flimsy relationship I hold with my parents. I'm not materialistic because the whole reason I'm not packing up and leaving NOW is because of all my friends here in London, particularily one or two...
