OXO is a beef-flavored stock cube that you crumble into things. Mushroom ketchup is a liquid sauce, the same sort of consistency as Worcester Sauce, but made out of mushrooms - umami in a bottle, basically.

Thanks for letting me know. We call OXO cubes (insert flavor here) bouillon cubes (ex. beef bouillon) If you don't mind my asking is this Mushroom Ketchup gluten-free? (If you don't know that's fine) I'm asking because Thete is over there atm and I'll beg him to smuggle a bottle back here and send to me if it is. I'd like to try that. =)

Just checked the bottle. Bad news, the allergy advice says it contains gluten and barley.

On the plus side, you can substitute soy sauce (if that's gluten-free) for much the same effect.
