My first investment property is now for sale. The listing went up yesterday. The house is in East Atlanta, near my house. It's a 3/2 plus an office, fully renovated, with new appliances, new tile/wood/carpet, new roof and electrical, new deck, new windows, new bathrooms, new fixtures, new HVAC on a very deep lot.
