I do appreciate the light humored attempt here Nish but my sense of humor has locked itself up with this matter.

In the southeast, there are key backbones to many southern dishes (many of which I love) and this alteration will drastically compromise many of them.

I simply can not find it amusing, sorry. Too many food companies have "cut corners" again and again and this one has royally screwed things up.

I honestly wish many people would bitch and complain about this to their company but that's just wishful thinking.

People nowadays have become complacent and for the most part, companies don't really give a shit about their customers... only their money and bottom line.

I really hate it when companies change things either openly, or on the sly. Why mess with an already good thing? I don't get it. Most of the time, it's a change for the worse. :{

Why do they do so? I believe... that it's because the heart has died or altered and in the wrong place.

I see it all the time and not just with companies. Unfortunately, as with any entity - the heart dies, so does the entity.
