MOD: posting on behalf of banned user

can someone please tell me what is the point of banning a dead seller when her friends are going to be posting things up on her behalf? how, exactly, is it going to help make this community a safer place to buy, sell and trade when these people we banned for a reason are going to weasel their way back into this community through your kind-hearted

so just to check. will it be ok ok to post for frds without a LJ acct / not a member of SGST? also I do understnd that we have to take full responsibility if the frd does fraud and all?

or do you mean we can apply on our frd's behalf for them to sell their stuff them self?

hey annie

that one is purely sgstfb business. cos fb page registration is closed for now, i decided that i'll only generate fb pages for users who have reliable members of sgst to vouch that they are not that thick skinned dead seller we banned many years ago. this is also so they can start sending their registration for sellers in earlier than others, since fb will eventually have to open itself to the public when we figure out a better way to go about it. it's not going to directly impact on sgst.

friends without lj accnt, we can make a concession i guess and yes, you have to take responsibility if they go dead. but it's still best to encourage your friends to sign up themselves to avoid any misunderstandings. i think you'll qualify for the sgstfb invite system. =)

ok thanks alot dearly! i as a seller/buyer understand your concern. The number of bogus buyers / sellers have been on the increase ever since. And seriously I dared not deal with ppl outside of sgst with normal post -_-" that's how bad the situation is!
