Problem with AE orders
Hi,
i've placed an order on Dec 07 with american eagle through international shipping but it has yet to arrive after mid Jan 08. they classified it as a missing parcel thus have refunded me after multiple idd calls. but they didnt refund the shipping fees of usd60.
again, i opened 2 batches of AE spree but its been almost 2 weeks after shipment but parcels have yet to arrive. according to my past 33 sprees, everything went smoothly and it takes an average of 11 days for parcel to arrive directly from the states.
2 other organisers have emailed me asking if im encountering the same problem-missing parcels. unfortunately, yes.
thing is, USPS and AE are very reliable merchants. So i checked with singpost but there's no information available. how can all the AE parcels to singapore get missing for no reason?
I've called AE to seek their help in this matter as im almost certain my 2 other batches will never arrive. my spreers will then lose out on exchange rate difference, idd calls made and shipping fees. thats about average of $7 per spreer.
anyone else care to share your recent AE order experience?
Those in my AE Spree #35, pray hard it arrives. Will file for FULL refund if its doesnt arrive after 14 feb.
