Received e-mail that the orders was cancel, as ON wasn't able to verify my card.
Gave them a call, made another order, however, they were still unable to verify my card.
I do not have another card at the moment, and i'm still waiting for my comgateway package.
So i will cancel this spree.
Will refund when ON return me the money, because i booked 2x..so i need to wait ensure that they refund me first, then i can refund u all.
Sorry people.
When i question them that my previous order went successfully, they mention that they only do verification randomly...so this time round, we unlucky...

Bank haven't return me the money, so i can't refund u all at the moment.
It is not 2x, but i was charged 3x..so currently quite a sum is locked up.
Can't use comgateway to spree either, but i didn't receive any registration package from bank, despite asking for so many times..so i'm unable to set-up the cgw account.
Will refund once i receive back my money. Thanks for the understanding.

Called the bank on the 20th. They say funds will be released after 10 working days, if merchants reject my payment. Today is the 6th working day. By next week, should be able to refund u all.
