Chuck waited by the dock, looking out in the direction the...merpeople...were approaching from, according to the sensors. Merpeople. Just when he thought his life couldn't get any weirder. Rachel looked out of the captain's area. Looks like Chuck was here and fidgeting. She went over. "All aboard, there!" Rae smiled at him, gesturing for him to hop over onto the boat. "There's a full comfortable cabin below. I've set up some quick sensors and run the cables up here to deck." She pointed over to some computer cables sitting on a low table near a microphone. "Hook the laptop up to that, why don'tcha? We can use the mic if they don't surface. Either way, I wouldn't mind getting a recording from the sensors I attatched to the trailer. I'm willing to bet if they surface, they'll keep one or two people underwater, and I'd like to record anything that goes on. Oh, there's juices and coffee below, too."

Weir smiled as she walked on board followed by Lorne and Cadman. "Are they still in the same place?" She asked looking at the instruments.

David followed Marc out to the dock, wearing the holster and weapon Marc had insisted on. He felt uncomfortable with it on, but he'd known better than to argue. Everyone else aboard, he stepped up to the side of the boat and eyed it warily before stepping on and giving Rae a wave.

"so this is it, we're all here?"

Chuck glanced over the sensors Rae had set up. "They're still en route to Atlantis," he confirmed. "I would suggest we leave now unless we want to wait until they're here."
